Google has just released its 17th annual survey of top-trending searches. The most trending personalities in Kenya included Mwai Kibaki, Babu Owino, Ezra Chiloba, Janet Kanini, Nicholas Biwott and the former president of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe.
Kenyans were equally intrigued by domestic and international affairs. They asked questions such as "What is sarahah?", "What is bitcoin?", "What is covfefe?" and "What is happening in Zimbabwe?" They also got quite philosophical, asking, "What is old and new at the same time?"
The top searches included the IEBC Results, Despacito, Tibim and the Jubilee Party
