The Chinese state-owned China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is going to unleash the indomitability of engineering principles by erecting a 345m high, 70 storied skyscraper along the river Nile’s shores. The multi-purpose tower will be named the Nile Tower.
At this height, The Nile Tower will be taller than the current tallest building called The Charlton Center in South Africa, which is 223m tall.
Completion of the project will mean that Egypt would become the sole home to both ancient and modern engineering enigmas in Africa. Ancient, with reference to the Pyramid of Khufu at Giza and modern, with reference to this Nile Tower.
