Exclusive: Arsenals P.E. Aubameyang becomes the first pure African captain to lift the FA title

On 1st August 2020 Mikel Arteta`s Arsenal beat Chelsea in a much contested and thrilling final at wembly to clinch their fourteenth FA title to their title store after a brace from Aubameyang that saw Arsenal come from a goal down to win the much needed trophy 

Pullic`s 6th minute opener was cancelled in 28th minute with a well converted penalty by the gunners captain who was brought down by Chelsea skipper ceaser Alzipcueta in the penalty area and referee Anthony Taylor didn't make any mistake but to point at the sport where the prolific striker converted coolly sending Willy caballero in opposite direction to level the scores 

The Gabonese forward went on to finish from a close range when he received a ball from Nichols pepe following Hector Belerin`s brilliant run . the goal that came in the 70th minute just before the drink break sealed Arsenals quest for the FA title and dented Chelsea hopes.

The winning of FA meant that the gunners secured a spot in Europa league and a big boost in persuading the striker to stay in north London as  his future remains an issue of discussion since his current deal at Emirates has 12 months remaining and the gunners should be able to convince him to sign a new deal, cash on him or risk loosing him for free at the end of next season

But most importantly , the winning of the title meant that Aubamenyang became the first pure African captain to guide his team to FA cup glory in the history . thanks to his brace against Manchester city that sent has team to the finals an his brace at wembly to write his name in the history of the prestigious English competition 

Aubameyang has been in a fine form scoring over 65 goals in 98 appearances for the club in all competitions and Arsenal will be desperate to keep their talisman.
