Founded in 2018, Cue enables businesses to help customers quickly and efficiently with chatbots and live chat on WhatsApp and social channels. The startup has worked with over 300 clients in the last five years, and recently expanded to the United Kingdom (UK).
“Cue aims to deliver quick, smooth, and personalised customer service experiences, significantly reducing wait times and operational costs for businesses. This funding allows Cue to do exactly that,” the startup said in a statement.
Cue enables businesses to chat with their customers across channels online using Inbox and Chatbots. Inbox is a single place for teams to chat with customers on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Web chat and Telegram. Chatbots let businesses build highly customised conversation journeys and scale their customer support.
